TOKI SANGYO sells standard fluids for viscometer calibration conforming to the JIS Z 8809 viscometer calibration fluid standard. Viscosity values of the fluids are certified (with values) by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology and the fluids are supplied with test certificates. Temperature-viscosity computation tables, in 0.1°C increments, are also attached. These fluids are utilized as viscosity measurement criteria and help to improve the accuracy of viscosity measurement.

TOKI SANGYO has also developed silicone calibration fluids which enable more efficient Calibration of our single cylinder rotational viscometer ( i.e. spindle rotor Viscometers such as our Model B ).

This product is software to take data from the TOKI SANGYO's viscometer directly into the Microsoft Excel sheet. Visco-viewer software provides an easy way to gather data and plot graphs.

Visco-Chart is a proprietary software developed by TOKI SANGYO for use with viscometers. Visco-Chart is a data retrieval and graph generating software. Visco-Chart fetches data output from the viscometer, creates graphs, saves data, and reproduces saved files as well as performs simple analysis. This software can also be provided with a security function and database function.
